BROKER PRICE OPINION

One of the most important and often over looked aspect of an REO sale is the initial BPO. We offer a guaranteed 48 hours turn around time on all BPO reports and provide property photos, videos, elaborate commentary, cost to fix and other valuable pieces of intel that can be relied on. 

WEEKLY MONITORING

We visit each property at least once a week to ensure it is secure and stabilized. We also provide real time updates to asset managers to give them a true understanding of market conditions and current status of the sale process. We believe in complete and total transparency.
